This site uses Google Analytics 4 only after you have actively accepted analytics cookies. Nothing is loaded or transmitted before that choice is made, and rejecting analytics prevents all measurement.
The purpose of analytics is to understand how the website is used and to improve its content. The information collected may include pages viewed, interactions such as link clicks, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Contact details, email content, telephone numbers, messages and other personally identifiable information are never sent to Google Analytics.
You can reject analytics at any time, or withdraw consent after granting it, using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser and expires after six months, after which you will be asked again.
Google Analytics is provided by Google. Advertising cookies, remarketing, ad personalisation and Google Signals are not used on this site. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Project enquiries
If you complete the enquiry form, the information you provide is collected: your name, work email, company or organisation, the type of support required, your description of the brief, and optionally your telephone number, indicative timing and how you heard about me. Basic non-personal context is also recorded, such as the page you first arrived on, the referring website and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether the project is something I can help with. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, and your details are not added to a mailing list or used for unrelated promotion.
Enquiries are stored in a secure server-side database that is not readable from this website or any public interface, and a notification is sent to hello@mr-anderson.co.uk so I can reply directly. The email notification is delivered by the site's hosting and email infrastructure provider; the confirmed provider will be named here once sending is fully verified. Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or longer where a project relationship begins and business records must be kept.
Personal information from the enquiry form — your name, email address, telephone number, company name and the content of your brief — is never sent to Google Analytics. Only anonymous measurement information, such as an anonymous enquiry identifier and the selected service category, is recorded, and only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted at any time by emailing hello@mr-anderson.co.uk.
